Thieves Guild questline in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The second quest, Taking Care of Business, is the introduction quest into the Thieves Guild basic business. Find Brynjolf in Ragged Flagon (go thru Ratways) and he will give you a simple task: collect debts of 3 persons in Riften. The simpliest way is to brawl all of them to get the money collected. For other ways, see below:
1. Keerava in The Bee and Barb
- talk to Talen-Jei (male Argonian). He is inside the inn, or upstairs sleeping. Choose the dialog option about talking some sense into Keerava. Then speak with Keerava to convince her to pay you.
2. Bersi Honey-Hand in The Pawned Prawn
- attack the urn in front of him with some weapon. He will comment about it, and when you speak with him, he'll pay.
3. Haelga in Haelga's Bunkhouse
- brawl her (if she is not the last of the 3)
- there is a statue around the corner from her counter. Sneak and steal the statue. Then speak with her to receive the payment.
After this, return to Brynjolf and you're done.
