What would happen if you managed to create a videogame in the late 90s, when you were 16? Slayers X is the answer. Slayers X is the Build Engine game you never created back then. Though the game is built in Unity it really does a good job mimicking the build engine feel, also with lots of environmental destruction. And of course it oozes all kinds of 90s throwbacks, egdiness, one liners and music. It was a fun, albeit short ride for me, but it is fine, it did not overstay its welcome.
You are Zane, general store employee by day, and the X-Slayer at night, trained to use the hackblood power to fight the evil psykos and their evil stuff... and your boss Mevin is a jerk.

¿Qué hubiese pasado si creases tu propio videojuego a finales de los 90, cuanto tenías 16? Slayers X es la respuesta. Slayers X es el juego del Build Engine que nunca creaste. Aunque utiliza Unity, hace un buen trabajo imitando el feel del Build, también con mucha destrucción ambiental. Y por supuesto rebosa referencias a los 90, radicalidad, frases lapidarias y música. Fue una experiencia divertida pero breve, pero está bien, se terminó antes de hacerse tedioso.
