A set that started out with a bang thanks to its huge chase card: Lugia V Alternate Art, has died off a bit in terms of singles with very little chase cards in the set. However, despite the decline in singles pricing, Pokemon Booster Boxes for Silver Tempest have really started to climb. Without a reprint in sight, this might just be the beginning.
