All credit to sneakyevil for making a dream into reality for many people who play Sleeping Dogs (including me). This is the first "real" mod for Sleeping Dogs aside from some preexisting texture packs and sketchy hacks. Since the game's developer United Front Games went bankrupt, there was never any utility released for modders. Luckily we now have the mod menu and it even looks like there are semi-regular updates done to it on sneakyevil's channel that add new features.
