After the section with the generators, keep to the edge of the path and look at the teddy bear to flashback to when Charlie was attacked by the Slenderman (1:55).
Put the video tape in the VCR to see Kate lock herself in the house before Slender arrives (13:22).
Look at the other videotape for another flashback (15:35). Go past the grain silo and into the Cellar. once you have two of the gas cannisters, return to the silo and activate the generator. Go through and grab the key and make your way to the church.
Afterward, head to the communicatons tower and examine the camcorder.
