77With Luigi released from captivity, I think it's only fair we give him a chance in the spotlight, so let's play the rest of the game with him! Today we play through World S2.
Also, apparently there is still massive confusion on what constitutes beating this game 100%, in regards to the golden flagpoles. I've heard very confident answers from both sides, some saying you need to get top of flagpole with both brothers, and some saying you only need to do it once. In fact, I'm willing to bet that after this video gets posted, there will probably be comments in the video comments sections from both sides stating "they know for sure." Because of the confusion, let's do this; since I have to play through all of the levels with both brothers anyways for 100% completion, I'll try to go for the top of the flagpoles on every level and will keep track of any levels I don't succeed on (will intentionally get the bottom of the flagpole on a level with Luigi if I manage to get a perfect streak going), that way, when I'm done, we will know the answer and we can leave it at that and use that video as proof for future reference (and I know what levels I need to redo for flagpole, if needed). I think it's kind of ridiculous, in kind of a comedic way, that after asking this question for so many years, there is still this much of an even 50/50 split on the responses, which shows me that this is a myth that needs to get busted ASAP.
