Watch me lose to Speclar's Jigglypuff!

In my opinion this is Link's best MU. However this depends entirely on Link's ability to punish OoS which I struggled to do given the lag of Ontario to California.

Otherwise the MU is very simple. Use Link's superior range to do damage and as soon as Puff gets in shield then punish OoS. As Puff grab leads to nothing the MU is pretty one-sided as the Risk vs Reward is way in Link's favour.

That and Puff dies at 60% lol.
