My part of the Relay section which I planed it to be optional! if it is not optional, then the person next on the list should use "MECHDRAGON777 - Reward" as the layer for the warp point, as it just leads back as of now!
Thank bossedit8, SilverDeoxys, and MECHDRAGON777/Kōri/Fujiwara No Mokou for the graphics, and the music in my section is from Touhou 6! Please Enjoy!

The rules for those who signed up:
Each person has 24 hours to download the level, and make a screen to upload to the next person!
Each Person has a 600x800 screen size to work with! You can use more, as long as the play area is inside the area! I used that loop-hole to my advantage since since NPC's do not move with events except a select few and the ones that do require that they are in the level boundry [According to a specific user] however, I did not want to test that therory! I have to say, I do like how this turned out, and I am sorry for useing 1/8th off all of the allowed blocks, and 1/4th of all the layers, and 4/25ths of all of the events!

Two or three users watched as I made this and gave some advice through-out such as "think of the difficulty for those doing it blind" since I am terrible at making something easy! I hope this will be suitable for every one!
