At long last, another big feat accomplished by me - managing to make an actual boss out of the SMBX2 LunaLua routines system! This one is a unique take on the typical Mother Brain-style boss, but complete with custom attacks that I've programmed myself via LunaLua routines. Note that it still uses basegame and custom NPCs made by other people (like MrDoubleA's Reznor Wheel), to accomplish some of the other stuff you can see here in the video, like new phases, new attacks, and more. The boss's frames are handled as background objects, while a partially invisible Mother Brain handles boss HP.

The boss has three phases, 6 hits each (not counting the Reznor Shields used in battle), making it a total of 18 HP.

DESCRIPTION
"For hundreds of years, Reznors have existed even before the Mushroom Kingdom has established monarchy. Ancient Landing has been a kingdom for Reznors from all walks of life, ruled and ravaged by the strongest Pharaznors in history. Unfortunately, information about the first nine rulers were lost to time, but researchers still managed to collect information about Tyranses IV, known as The Last Pharaznor. He was honored for strengthening the willpower of the Reznors for a hundred years, but was also feared by many for his tyranny and being the first Reznor in history to hold the power of fire breath.

After Tyranses IV passed away in the final years of the kingdom's rule, his treasures and remains were encased in a statue bearing his likeness. His soul haunts the Pyramid of Pharaznor, ready to do in any unsuspecting explorer looking to loot this place. Unfortunately, Captain Toad accidentally fell into Tyranses IV's tomb while chasing Kuroku in the pyramid, and it looks like dealing with The Last Pharaznor is the next thing he has on his plate, especially when the captain has no ill will."
