Recently, the animations for Loki's new abilities after the SMITE Loki rework have been leaked onto PTS. Fortunately, somebody was quick enough to record them, so we now know what one WIP version of the animations looks like. This already gives us various bits of information about his new abilities as we can compare them to the bits of info we already had.
