I learned contact toggles for VRC avatars that you can grab by following Sippbox's tutorials and then created this little system for this particular avatar where you grab a cigarette box from your box, grab a cigarette, grab a lighter, open it, light the cigarette to light it and then blow smoke from your mouth. The Jonny avatar is a custom request and a port that I had to fix straight from the game's assets. Jonny is from Catherine, a game by Atlus.
