Since spirit chain count is reduced after each action and Furykado only applies 1 count it means stuff like Mephisto adding a turn after Soul Levy works normally but Lost name can't get charge for his 1st skill use and his and Mephisto's buffs when it#s their turn to act only happen on their 2nd turn.

But overall it doesn't change too much for t1 if you have enough turns.
T2 is far more affected because their chains are suppressed for all of t1.

While Furykado makes it much easier to fight t2 and you no longer have to worry about 10th punishing, Xi reviving or Demeter spamming luster candy Furykado's damage isn't very high because he can't crit nor hit a weakness which means I can't actually win offense battles more easily.

But Furykado greatly improves the success rate of a t1 def party because t2's trump card of making a t1 def party fail because the ai almost never kills in the right order is no longer an issue.
