My friend subscribes to Funko's bimonthly Star Wars service, known as Smuggler's Bounty. He didn't have any interest in the one for March/April 2017 because it's based on Star Wars: Rebels and he hasn't seen it. He offered it to me when I said I thought I might review some subscription boxes, blind.

I love Star Wars for the most part but I don't collect Funko Pop stuff. So my thoughts are kind of biased. Overall, I think you get the value you pay for with this service but only if you already love Funko toys. If you are only lukewarm about them, your money would be better spent on exactly what you want instead of a random grab bag.
