The entry by Jack was lacking in terms of design. The first power-up is not worth it, and there's many close encounters. And you have to save the P-Switch for the very end (you wouldn't think to do that the very first time). It's still one of the best-looking entries to this contest.
The Rush Hour entry was probably one of the best. The music was fitting, and unlike most races to the finish, this one wasn't entirely linear. Of course you'd have to slow down to not get killed, but you also have to find the right way to go. And then there's two more challenges to do after beating the level normally. This entry has the most replay value.
