Snake: Colonel, where am I?
Colonel: You're in the castle in the first level of the SNES game "Demon's Crest," a game that's part of the "Ghosts n' Goblins" series.
Snake: What? What are you talking about? Mei Ling, can you decipher what the colonel has told me?
Mei Ling: Snake, Colonel is trying to tell you that you're in another video game world.
Snake: Another video game world...? Are you kidding me?!
Colonel: Sadly no, Snake. I am NOT kidding.
Snake: So tell me. What about this "first level" that Colonel's talking about?
Otacon: According to our research, this is where you have to battle against the first miniboss of the game. It's name is Somulo, a zombie dragon who dwelled in the castle and guarded one of the crests in the game.
Snake: A zombie dragon? Sounds creepy....
Mei Ling: It attacks by stomping the ground to create shockwaves that will knock you off your feet. It mainly attacks by breathing small fireballs at you.
Otacon: If you're close to Somulo, it'll try and flick you off with its forearm, or grab you with its mouth.
Snake: How am I supposed to fight that thing if it breathes fire and tries to chew on me? My weapons won't be able to hit him properly!
Mei Ling: Relax, Snake. I'm sure you'll find a way to deal with the dragon.
Otacon: You've got your grenades and your fists. Why not use those?
Snake: And why don't you come over here and fight the monster for yourself? I'm sure you know about this dragon and know how to fight it better than I do.
Otacon: ....
Mei Ling: Oh, Snake. You never cease to amuse me.
