Yes, you can run UniBIOS with MAME 2003, as well as FBA 2012/2016! Enjoy:)

FBA 2012/FBA 2016 - Rename uni-bios.rom to asia-s3.rom, then overwrite and replace:)

MAME 2003 Xtreme - Rename uni-bios.rom to sp-s2.sp, then overwrite and replace:)
