This was a tough one. There are three special challenges I'm doing in this video:
"Bullet Time" which is shooting Tyson Williams through the projector canvas,
"Targets Ahoy!" which is sniping all targets from the radio tower and
"Like Shooting Fish on a Scooter" which is sniping Steven Bradley while he's riding on the water scooter and difficult to do when paired with Targets Ahoy!

It took me probably more than 100 tries to get this right, great majority of the fails resulting from missing Steven Bradley. After spending the whole Christmas day and a couple of hours the next day failing to get this done in one go from start to finish I decided to save and load at the radio tower, which was the right call because it still took me a couple more hours to record the rest of it. This is now the second Hitman video I've made where I've saved mid-mission because of a high failure rate.

To avoid having to run I had to slow Steven Bradley down to buy myself enough time to reach the radio tower before he's reached the water scooter. I originally used the ICA Flash Phone that I'd drop near the gym for Steven and call after giving him the keys. It was fun, but unfortunately added a good extra minute of waiting. I tried several other things including "The Big One", whch was just completely useless, before settling on "Mixtape 47" in the bushes. I honestly have no clue what happens with the device and Steven, I just had a hunch it could work if I drop it there and it did, perfectly.
Incidentally I did test this with just running to the tower instead of slowing down Steven and I learned that running won't work anyway, at least most of the time. It's the AI movements, they're a bit stuck until you get there.

The very first shot I fired at nothing was NOT an accident, I needed it to alert the guards to gunfire early. While the AI is alerted they won't care about any other sounds and will return to normal patrols based on when they heard the first shot. If the first shot they heard had been the proper one I take at Steven Bradley I would've had to wait a while longer until the AI calms down and what happens then is that Ljudmila's bodyguard would start shooting at me when I'm coming down the ladder. It's not dangerous, the AI won't SPOT you according to stats and if you're fast he can't kill you, but you will get the damage notifications and a black-and-white screen with the heartbeat sound, and that's annoying. Getting shot really is a bummer.

You probably can't tell, but this method is not in line with my usual order of recording videos. Normally I record all 'mission stories' first in almost the exact manner as they're guided by the game before doing kills that don't have 'mission stories' attached, but here I didn't do "The Water Horse" the 'proper' way. It's because I forgot I haven't done it yet, I only realised it when I was crossing out this method from my list of kills to-do.

Final tip: bring a better rifle.
