You want to start off by loading up mission 1 (Siege of Tobruk) on Cadet difficulty. Then, once you are told to destroy the "Nebelwerfers" (artillery) you want to slowly make your way to each, using take downs and your Welrod pistol.
You cannot get spotted while doing this otherwise the achievement or trophy wont pop-up. You know you have been spotted when the detection indicator (above the enemies heads) turns to a full red circle. If its only yellow, or part red, then you haven't been detected. If you get spotted then you can re-load your last checkpoint. Its probably best to keep manually saving so if you mess up, you can just reload your save. You will unlock the achievement or trophy once you reach the end of the mission.
