The latest Sniper Elite game to come out has been for VR, which I will never complain about. This one has some teething problems for sure, and its not pushing any boundaries on VR out but like the Medal of Honor game that came out a couple of months ago, its a solid VR Shooter in the same vein as the old school Medal of Honors / Call of Dutys.

You have your mission, and its a linear progression through the scene to get to the end. There are multiple ways to do it though, a working stealth system, multiple weapons to use and some VERY satisfying sniper shots that make sure to impress you with the extreme brutality of hitting someone with a sniper bullet.

Downsides are, well floating hands for one - I hoped more AAA studios would use IK in their games. This also has a very annoying "out of bounds" message which will pop up at the worst times and ruin your shots. Rather than just not allowing you out of bounds, it makes the whole screen go black while you try to figure out where your bounds are... since its not using your Guardian for it.

Graphics are great for a VR game, mechanics are fun, things are easy to use.
