0The final mission. Getting excited yet?! Start by following Diaz and eventually he will spot some guards on a bridge. Start with a double kill and then smack down the final guard. Then follow Diaz inside for a brief cutscene. You will need to go prone and crawl all the way to the other side. When you reach the end Diaz will toss a smoke grenade so you have a little cover to sprint ahead. Follow Diaz and you will come up on some guards. Diaz will point out a canister that will wipe out all the guards. Don't be stealthy here and just shoot the canister. To your left on this ledge is SECRET ITEM 1.
Keep following Diaz. Eventually he will head right on a path and if you go left instead of following Diaz, you can climb some stairs to a building that has SECRET ITEM 2 on its front door. Now backtrack to Diaz and once you comment on how quiet it is around the area, be ready to take cover. In the tower ahead of you will be 2 snipers. Take them out quickly. Follow Diaz and very soon you two will be splitting up. Once you do, you will have a cutscene.
Diaz will be under duress and you need to help him by killing the guards on the path ahead. When you see the bridge, turn around and collect SECRET ITEM 3 laying there. Once the area is clear you can cross the bridge and join up with Diaz again. He will spot a canister in the window of the tower where the bullets are coming from. Blow it up and sprint across the bridge. Head into the tower and take the ladder up and out of the tower. SECRET ITEM 4 is to your left as you exit.
