You must get this trophy during the third mission "Last Rites". As the trophy description suggests, you must sneak through a part of the level without being detected. You will be happy to know that it is very easy! It may take a few times just to learn the movement of the enemies but it is as easy as hitting restart from last checkpoint if you fail. You will know when this objective starts as you will finish a cutscene and in the top left corner of your screen it will say "Locate the evidence tape completed". From here you must enter the underground storehouse and exit without being detected for the trophy. My video shows you how I did it.
