The Western Star 4964 goes up against the Tayga 6436 in a side by side comparison. The results are closer than you may think. Both are medium trucks. Both are similarly upgraded. Both have a fairly low center of gravity.

The Tayga has a fully locked diff and all time AWD. Not to mention a pretty important extra upgrade in those big ol' 51 inch mud tires. But it uses more fuel.



The Western Star has manually switchable features and a bit smaller fuel tank and maxes out on slightly smaller 47 inch off road tires. It is, however, more fuel efficient.



Which is the best? I'm actually not that sure.
