After finding the upgrade on Smithville Dam in my new Hellion (which I already had except that I was forced to start a new game in order to get on the Wisconsin Region) then I junk my original plan because it doesn't pay anything and decide to start a Contract moving something like 6 truckloads of stuff but then get sidetracked to using the metal beams I had to Repair a Bridge instead. Which paid pretty well.
That's it in a nutshell!!!!
Honestly I don't see this new region as being anything different than Black River or Smithville Dam or Alaska or Kola Peninsula...etc.
A few new bells and whistles that cater to console players and so you haul some logs instead of metal or concrete. it's still picking up at one place and delivering at the other. What does the commodity matter...
Blocking every trail with huge boulders or even bigger swamps or mud that's impossible to get through without winching only makes the game more aggravating, not more fun!!!
Some would call it a challenge, i just see it as piling on more of the same.
I would like to see something like the ability to bulldoze those big boulders off the roads we need to use or undercut those big mudholes and truck in new base material from the quarry and fix the road.
Still have the places where you go completely offroad but give us the ability to make repairs to the main arteries.
Have to say that I'm thinking about skipping ahead to the logging or something that we haven't see a hundred times before.....
