This is a Softlock in the mini game Apes of Wrath in Mario Party 7 for the Nintendo Gamecube. This softlock happens because Wario bounces Waluigi out of bounds. Since the game waits for all players to touch the ground to end and Waluigi never touches the ground the game softlocks. The reason the game wait for all players to touch the ground is to play Waluigi and Wario's winning and losing animation.

I originally planned to do a long commentary video about softlocking every Mario party 4,5,6,7 for the Nintendo Gamecube similar to the way I did the video about "Softlocking every Mario Party for Nintendo 64". I may not do this video since I analyzed every single mini game in the Gamecube Mario Party Games and this was the only softlock I could find. There just isn't enough softlocks or cool things related to softlock to do an entire video at the moment. If more infromation/softlocks are found I may do "Softlocking Ever Mario Party for Nintendo Gamcube"in the future.
