I've painstakingly recorded the entire process I went through to do this project on the live side of things as well as capturing footage from the Xbox and my PC whenever necessary as you can probably tell by the length. I've divided this video up into chapters so you can skip around to only the parts that are relevant to the project you're working on if you are actually trying to follow along.
There are also quite a few things you'll need in order to do this the same way I'm doing it but if you're doing it at all differently some of this might not be necessary. Everything I used is listed below and linked to when possible. I'll just say it's probably way easier to figure out exactly what part of this project you wanna do and get this stuff ahead of time. Especially the USB thumb drive if you are going to do that since it can take a week or more to arrive.
