No this isn't Apocalypse+20. I wanted to do one of the other soul builds I use, but this one would get completely bodied on Apocalypse+20, especially on SOGGY CAVE Apocalypse+20. I have another run for this level on +20 tomorrow. For now it's just +1. I wanted to show how OP Soul Lanterns can be on Apocalypse, since pets in general just get destroyed on higher Apocalypse+ levels, especially since Deflect mobs completely wall the Soul Lantern summons.

But when you're on Apocalypse VII or +1 with appropriate powered Soul Lanterns? They're the most OP summons AND soul artifacts, because you just stand back and let them do all the work while you collect the souls to do it again. If you do run into Deflect mobs, even a Soul Scythe can melee them down without too much trouble. If they're Creepers... then at least they're not ridiculously fast, so you can stay outside of their blast radius while they blow themselves up.

Oh, and the Souldancer Robe doesn't up the Soul Lantern's damage at all. I just think it looks cool. Like a reaper and his wispy minions :]

I don't know why, but I always seem to use Bloodborne boss music when I do a soul run...
