This game is quite unique. It combines typical text-based adventures with gamebook-style formats with visuals and audio and infuses it with elements (including the style) from beloved point-and-click adventures. There are lots of references of classic games of (our) childhood in the game too and of course, the very coveted video game copy itself, The Even Newer Curse of Penguin Island - Monkey Island reference, anyone?

The puzzles here are fairly simple enough but that series of QTEs in the last chapter is a real doozy. Took me quite awhile, including a rage quit moment, to complete it lol.
