I expected a tutorial but was dumped right into the action hah. Really smooth controls though, love the story (there's a twist later down the road ;) ), and the gunfights are fun. The game starts off really easy but the difficulty ramps up as you progress, with tougher and more challenging monsters to fight, and larger swarms of them.

Lots of weapon choices too but you unlock them as you go so you don't really get overpowered way too early. Ammo is limited but it's usually enough for what you need to do. Plenty of pick-ups too, like health restores, armour, and the occasional upgrades, which are usually hidden behind a "secret niche/area/room".
