Install Microsoft Net Framework

Install Microsoft Visual C ++
http://www.microsoft.com/en-pk/download/details.aspx?id=40784

Install DirectX ( Version 11 is required to play Resident Evil HD REMASTER)
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

Install the latest Windows update

Method 2
DELETE ALL FILES NAME D3D FROM SYSTEM 32 AND SYSWOW64 (SOME CANT BE DELETED) AND THEN INSTALL DIRECTX.
