So I was really upset with device's poor performance from a charger and sudden shutdowns (check this https://youtu.be/cqnKOs0VWG0 and this https://youtu.be/_8hpjOwxIuo). I've started googling and found this disabling this option in BIOS solves the issue:

advanced - thermal configuration - dptf configuration

After disabling it, I'm getting same good performance on charger as i had on battery.
