How to fix Windows Security Can't Open in Windows 10 and 11 :
1. Open Windows PowerShell
2. Run As Administrator
3. Put Code :
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
4. Windows Security now Fixed
