In this part we explore the rest of Tau and find our way to Site Phi and we also go kill the Wau's core at Site Alpha, Site Alpha is a restricted location at PATHOS-II somewhere within the abyss, near Tau. It is the home of the WAU's core chamber. The only staff members who knew of its existence were Julia Dahl, Mark Sarang and Johan Ross, who were working for Carthage Industries. By the events of the game Alpha is by far in the worst condition of all the sites. It is completely flooded and has no power, and is completely being taken over by WAU. Site Phi is the last of eight abandoned complexes in PATHOS-II. It is here where the Omega Space Gun is located. It also didn't operate with a standed staff, being it's operators headquartered in Tau. By the events of the game Phi is in the best condition of all the sites. It has little to no WAU infection, and most spaces are clean and have functional lighting.
