SMW challenges from Calvin Dang:

#181: Get as many 1-ups as I can in five minutes, without repeating any levels, getting any "5-ups", or making any block factories.

#√-5: In Front Door, with fast auto-scroll added to each room, reach Bowser's door.

For #181, I decided to start off with Butter Bridge 2. I grabbed a couple capes at the beginning, and then mainly stomped super koopas until the in-game time limit was just about up. After that, I spent the rest of the challenge time limit in Vanilla Secret 2, which was fairly close by. I ended up having some hiccups in VS2, but I think I did alright.

For #√-5, I decided to adjust the screen exits so that I'd go through almost every one of the rooms, since nearly all of them are doable. The only exception is room 6 because it's a vertical area with horizontally-moving layer 2 shenanigans, and I don't think there's a way to make auto-scrolling work there. (Also, the layer 2 spike pillars in room 5 don't smash down when auto-scrolling is in effect, but if they did, the room probably would not have been clearable.)

My biggest struggle with #√-5 was simply entering the doors at the ends of most of the rooms, because the fast auto-scrolling doesn't properly stop at the ends of the rooms, and I'll definitely die if I fail to enter the doors in time.

Also, rooms 1 and 7 took a little bit of figuring out before I could somewhat consistently get past their obstacles. Surprisingly, I didn't have much trouble in the final room leading up to Bowser's door, and I'm glad the game was still letting me jump towards the end of that room!

Now, the challenge didn't require me to defeat Bowser, so I was done as soon as I entered Bowser's door. However, I did discover a really weird glitch involving the edges of the screen at that point, which is probably a side effect of having fast auto-scrolling in the previous room.
