Ok not really finished build, I still need to level up her talents but that's trivial.
She's a really, REALLY good character, definitely worth pulling. I still haven't tested her with Raiden, join me during my Monday stream to see how she performs but I do believe she'll be working great. Hu Tao, double Hydro and Zhongli is absolutely amazing. Using my well built C6 Fischl instead of Zhongli I can get slightly faster clear times but many things can go wrong with no shield and healing. Considering that I finished 12-3 with more than 90 seconds left, worrying about more damage seems pointless to me.
