This is a challenge seed created by Menbock to test out the new Armor Refactor option in the randomizer. Traditionally, armor in the game protects you arithmetically (enemy attack - armor = damage taken, which can be reduced to zero or lower).

The Armor Refactor changes the way armor works to make it geometric (enemy attack * [ 1 - defense percentage ] = damage taken), This means enemies hit harder and more frequently, which in turn means that on-hit status effects proc more frequently as well.
