I haven't played a ton of the 8-bit Sonic games, but listening to the OST's to decide which one to pick, Aqua Lake stuck out. I decided to be boring though and just turn into a 16-bit Sonic song. But I did two acts! So that makes it more unique hehe.
This one was more of a straight cover of the original, without a lot of deviation. I added some more details though to try and decrease the repetitiveness. I think it's really solid! I love doing Sonic music, I actually have quite a bit that I've just never released, included original songs.
