So As It Turns Out In The V0.02 Update, The Bug Where You Can Still Access The Doomsday Zone Without The Chaos/Super Emeralds Is Actually Not Fixed Despite It Being Listed In The V0.02 Patch Notes Video (Strange, I Thought I Fixed This Bug?).
