This is an edit of the final boss fight from Sonic 3D Blast that features music called Rapid Racer by Lone. I wanted to make this because the music to me sounds like something that would fit perfectly for a final boss fight and Sonic 3D Blast was instantly the first game that came to mind when I heard it. I originally synced up the music to some random gameplay footage on YouTube and I was surprised to find out that the song ended as soon as Dr. Eggman was defeated. I wanted to improve upon this by including the original in game sound effects with the music to make it feel like the song belonged to the game, despite the sound limitations of the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. This was no easy task however. Multiple segments of the game's audio had to be lowered so that the original game's music couldn't be heard, while still trying to maintain the game's sound effects.
