Sonic 4 : Episode 1 running in RPCS3, the Playstation 3 emulator for Windows PC. Runs at an average of 99/100 FPS making Sonic even faster. I purposely chose the Casino stage for the second run because I'd never played it and I knew there would be some slow downs. There were very few slow downs before returning back to smooth 100fps gameplay. 4K resolution scale and full screen.
Vulkan, LLVM, ASMJIT, Load libliv2.sprx only, Enable SPU loop detection, GPU Scaling, 4K resolution scale, & stretch to display area.
