Oil Desert, a fasincating mix between Sandopolis and Oil Ocean, not much to say here. Other than Special Stage 7 was a nightmare to complete as all Final Special Stages are. I believe I collected all the Red Rings in this zone, and in the process, wasted a few lives fooling around.
