Killing 2 birds with 1 Stone, achieving BOTH "Golden Wave" and "Metal Sonic falls"

You unlock "Golden Wave" by DEFEATING every boss AS Super Sonic, this include Sky Fortess Act 1, and Death Egg Mk.II because their sort of like bosses.

And for "Metal Sonic Falls", in Sky Fortress Act 1, you toss back a number of cannonballs back at Metal Sonic as shown in the video, this actually completes the stage early than the other Runthrough of Sky Fortess when Super Sonic stood there the whole time. The little achievement window does not pop up because I had already gotten them, I'd just thought I'd show how to do it in the video.
