Sonic 4 in Sonic 1? - Sonic the Hackable - Splash Hill Demo - SHC 2021
26It's that time of year again! The Sonic Hacking Contest is in full swing for 2021 and I'm checking out a lot of the games available in this years event.
We're starting off with Sonic the Hackable - Splash Hill Demo by By CHRdutch. This game is a Sonic 4/Dimps styled Sonic ROM hack of the original Sonic the Hedgehog for the Mega Drive. It features new layouts, new zones, new moves and a remixed soundtrack!
The Sonic Hacking Contest is a weeklong event that celebrates the Sonic rom hacking community with them showcasing the hacks they've created. This year's event has split the hacks into 3 categories. The Retro, 2D PC and 3D categories and we're gonna be checking out games from all of them!
