Sonic, in hot pursuit of the doctor, had arrived into the Titanopolis, an important gambling center of surrounding territory.
Robotnik always had a knack for developing casino utopias, but this city was something else entirely. In its glory days it was known as the biggest place to engage into reckless vices. Energetic crisis put a huge dent into the city, yet, despite everything that happened to it, the city under Robotnik's command looked like it had its Golden Age again.
Sonic was still sad, because he would have loved to show Tails the beauty of the settlement.

Act 3 specific

As Sonic continued to venture through the city, it suffered a blackout - power rationing was put online. It was creepy that there were no living organisms at all. Despite its shine, the city was all but a graveyard, filled only with robots and nothing else. The wind was blowing into the hedgehog's ears as Sonic noticed that indeed, only outside lights of the buildings were on. Everything inside, on the other hand, was plunged into eternal darkness of energy crisis.
THE RACER
Name: Sanic (YES, HIM)/First version of Movie Sonic
Series: Sonic
Stats: 7 Speed, 2 Acceleration, 1 Handling, 2 Boost, 5 All-Star
SEGA did recognise the meme and it was officially integrated into Sonic canon in Sonic Forces and Sonic Movie, so why not include him as well? Also includes Sonic from the first trailer (the one who looked more like creepy monkey and also was quite infamous)
The carts:
Vehicle - badly rendered Sonic cart
Boat - badly rendered Sonic boat
Airship - badly rendered Sonic airship
All-Star move:
Music for it - Gangsta's Paradise
Gotta Go Fast - Sanic/First Movie Sonic transform into a spindash ball which, on impact, deals damage to every opponent nearby. Spindash ball starts at Boost Level 6, but every two hits (four rammings into opponents) will lower Boost by one level and Blowfish hit will lower Boost by three levels (along with disabling damage from Spindash ball). Otherwise Boost is permanent as long as you don't get hit.
THE MAP
Dimpsoria Highway
Represents: questionable Dimps choices in Sonic games
Music for race intro - Sonic Advance menu theme
Music for race - Sonic Advance 3: Route 99
Be prepared to have a true blast, with random boosters, lots of WTF placement of enemies and very strange combinations as you ride in your cart around Route 99!
Vehicles only.
THE MAP (for Episode #1)
Mausoleum Reef
Represents: Sonic 3 with different music/remixes series, especially the fact that I chose to integrate Ridiculon's Mausoleum into Lava Reef
Music for race intro - Isaac Rebirth: Main Menu (Repentance version)
Music for race - Isaac Rebirth: Walls of Denial (Mausoleum)
As you progress with very metal and very tense song through Lava Reef, expect lots of trouble, because lava streams constantly drop either into the air or on the track itself!
You can use boats and vehicles in Lap 1 and 2, and airships on Lap 3.
