Start a 2 player splitscreen match with 2 controllers on Whale Lagoon. Drive player 2 up to the part where the road splits into 2 parts. Park their car right in the middle of the 2 roads, just before the water. Now take player 1 and drive into them and make them fall into the water. It doesn't have to be a big hit, just enough to make them fall off.
