Sonic CD is a game first released for the Sega Mega-CD, which got later ported on the PC in 1996. The PC version has minor differences compared to the original release. Only the US sountrack exists for the PC release, even in Japan. Here's a full playthrough with all robot transporters and Metal Sonic holograms destroyed, for the good ending (+ Extras).
