After much waiting and anticipation, The Plus/Encore/many extra thigns edition for Sonic Mania is here. All starting off with a wonderful little trip to Angel Island (zone) which Sonic (the smaller one) gets back to after his experience from the future/alternate dimension/everything is canon/is a cannon.

This part covers the intro stage (Angel Island) to Studiopolis.

Every zone gets some alternate colors, several which definitely win me over due to different colors really matching or making previous areas look really good (Green Hill with sunset feel, or Stardust Speedway during twilight).

For both Mania and Encore mode, an additional mid-climax boss is added in Stardust Speedway (more on that later) for Encore Mode, Mirage Saloon gets a brand new act. Many other stages receive some changes in the layout department, added obstacles and some are fairly more difficult as a result. There's also 7 new layouts for special stages.

There's plenty more here and I hope you'll enjoy this game as much as I did, whether you watch the playthrough or play the game on your own.
