went back to this IL cause my previous PB of 17 seconds flat was really old. Kept trying with Amy cause that's what my old run did, changed my boost clip approach a little bit to do a riskier strat but was only able to get a low 16 with it. Remembered then that on this course you can make use of a Super Sonic slide clip instead, so I went to grind that for a bit. Very happy with this time, got 2 or 3 14s until I just barely broke into the 13s, which had already satisfied me, and then when I was just about to stop for today, I suddenly got this surprisingly low 13. hell yeah
