SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS Gameplay Walkthrough FULL GAME - No Commentary includes the full story, ending and final boss of the game.
In Shadow Generations, events unfold parallel to Sonic Generations. When Shadow encounters the Time Eater, he is thrust back through his past, where he faces the returning Black Doom, who once again threatens to conquer the world. Shadow embarks on a journey through his history, battling familiar foes to stop the alien overlord. Players control Shadow, whose mechanics resemble Sonic’s but with unique abilities like "Chaos Control," allowing him to stop time, freeze objects, and access alternate paths.
Additionally, Shadow wields "Doom Powers," transformative abilities that grant him new combat options: he can unleash multiple "Chaos Spears" at enemies, launch foes, morph into a powerful creature to cross rough terrain, fly, and even surf across water. Unlike Sonic Generations' side-scrolling hub, the hub world in Shadow Generations is a 3D open-world environment, similar to Sonic Frontiers (2022), where players can master Doom Powers and explore freely.
