This wasn't meant to be a serious TAS. Running a Windows 32-bit game with Hourglass allows you to use features that you would find on an emulator like speeding up/slowing down time and saving/loading states. Essentially, Hourglass can let you make a TAS of nearly any Windows 32-bit game. Sonic XG happens to work with Hourglass, so I decided to have some fun with it.
