Tried 3 Sony Lenses at the Causeway Bay Sony Store
- Sony APS-C 10-18mm F/4
- Sony 12-24mm F/4
- Sony 12-24mm F/2.8

And yes, they do work with the Sony gyro stabilisation!
All lenses seem to be good options. Hmm, tough decisions.

Cost and weight and image quality are the considerations.

Some corrections
The 2.8 12-24 does have gel filter attachment thing at the back, but not the f/4, though there are third party mods you can get for both, and attach thicker glass / plastic type ND filters

Also, why do I have egg on my face in the last clip?!
